Who do you build websites for?
I design websites for private-practice therapists, including psychologists, counselors and psychotherapists. My clients are around the world, including the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Japan and parts of Europe.
Will my website actually bring in clients?
That is what I build for. My clients have seen their inquiries, referrals and opportunities grow after launch. Shira's new practice began getting calls from people searching for a therapist near her within a month, Suzanne received 12 inquiries in her first month while relocating from Texas to Colorado, and Sumire has been receiving more speaker opportunities. I cannot promise a specific result or search ranking, because many factors are outside any designer's control, but every website is built to be found and to turn visitors into inquiries.
How long does it take to build a therapist website?
The Essential Website and Website Revamp + SEO take about 4 weeks. Private Practice Presence takes about 6 weeks, because it includes discovery, positioning and messaging direction before design begins.
How much does a therapist website cost?
Essential Website: $799 to $1,250. Private Practice Presence: $1,950. Website Revamp + SEO: $899 to $1,250. What moves a website within its range is additional pages, copywriting and integrations.
Do you charge a monthly retainer?
No. There is no required retainer. You work with me on the project, and afterwards you can manage your site yourself. If you would like ongoing maintenance, an optional maintenance retainer is available.
Can I update my website myself after it launches?
Yes. You will be able to manage your site yourself, so small changes like editing text or swapping photos do not need a developer. Private Practice Presence also includes 90 days of post-launch support within the original scope.
Is SEO included in my therapist website?
Every website includes basic SEO foundations such as page titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, clean URLs and image optimization. Website Revamp + SEO goes further with an SEO review and updates. I do not promise rankings.
What makes a therapist website different from a regular business website?
A therapy website has to build trust quickly, feel warm and human, and make it easy for someone to reach out. My psychology background helps me understand both the therapist behind the practice and the person arriving at the website.

Do you work with therapists outside the US?
Yes. I work globally and have built websites for therapists in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Japan and parts of Europe.
How quickly will you reply to my inquiry?
I reply within 24 business hours. I work Monday to Saturday and I am closed on Sundays.
