Website Revamp + SEO
For therapists whose practice has evolved, and whose website needs to catch up.
You don't necessarily need to start over. Sometimes the foundation is there; it just needs to be clearer, more current, more aligned with your practice, and easier for people to find.
30% upfront, paid when you accept the contract. Includes 4 rounds of revisions.
From “My website feels outdated” to “This finally feels like where my practice is today.”
We'll refresh the parts that aren't working while strengthening the website's foundations for search.
Your revamped website will:
- Better reflect your current practice
- Communicate your services more clearly
- Improve the overall user experience
- Feel more current and professional
- Have stronger SEO foundations
- Make it easier for potential clients to find and navigate your site
The result? A website that catches up with the practice you've already built.

What moves the price within the range
The range exists because projects differ in three ways.
Additional pages
Pages beyond the core set add design and build time.
Copywriting
I write your copy, so the amount of copy your pages need affects the price.
Integrations
Booking systems, forms and other tools you want connected to your website.
How it works in practice
Payment
30% upfront, paid when you accept the contract.
Revisions
4 rounds of revisions are included.
Platform
I build on most platforms, so we choose the one that suits your practice best.
Domain and hosting
You own your domain, hosting and website. They are paid directly by you to the providers, so nothing is tied to me. What they cost depends on the platform we choose.
After launch
You can manage your site yourself, with no required retainer. An optional maintenance retainer is available for ongoing updates.
Do I need to start my website from scratch?
Not necessarily. Sometimes the foundation is there and it just needs to be clearer, more current and easier to find. We review what you have and refresh what is not working.
What does the SEO part include?
Keyword alignment, page titles and meta descriptions, heading structure, URL structure, internal linking, image optimization and basic technical SEO improvements. I do not promise rankings.
How long does a Website Revamp + SEO take?
About 4 weeks, from the website review through the refresh and SEO work to launch.
Will I keep my existing website content?
We review your content and messaging together, keep what works and refine what does not.
Can I manage the revamped website myself?
Yes. You will be able to manage your site yourself, and there is no required retainer.
When is Private Practice Presence a better fit than a revamp?
If you want to rethink how your practice is positioned and represented online, not just refresh what exists, Private Practice Presence goes deeper.
