Psychology first. Design second. Both, always.

I have a BA (Honours) in Applied Psychology, and it's shaped everything about how I work. Long before I built my first website, I was studying how people think, what makes them trust a stranger, and what makes them quietly click away instead of reaching out.

Somewhere along the way, I fell in love with design too — the way a good layout can hold someone's attention, the way the right words can make a person feel seen before they've even booked a session. Website design for therapists sits exactly at that intersection, and it's the only place I want to be.

I don't design for restaurants, real estate agents, or general small businesses. I work with therapists and psychologists — full stop — because that's where my psychology background actually matters, and where I can do my best work.

It's also just me. No account managers, no outsourced developers, no handoffs. You talk to me from our first email to the day your site goes live.

WHY THERAPISTS WORK WITH ME

Why therapists and psychologists choose to work with a specialist.

Most website designers can build you a website. Very few understand what a therapy website specifically needs to do: make an anxious, often first-time visitor feel safe enough to reach out.

That's a different design problem than selling a product or promoting a business.

It requires:

  • Copy that sounds human, not like a brochure

  • A layout that builds trust before it asks for a booking

  • Design choices — pacing, color, imagery — that calm rather than overwhelm

  • A clear path from "I found this website" to "I scheduled a consultation"

This is the work I specialize in for practitioners across the US, UK, and beyond — private practice therapists, psychologists, and psychotherapists who want a website that finally feels like their practice, not a template with their name on it.

MY PROCESS

How we'll work together.

1. We talk.  A real conversation about your practice — your specialty, your ideal client, the words you'd actually use with them in the room. No templated questionnaire, no sales pitch.

2. I plan the structure. Before any design happens, I map out how your site should flow — homepage, services, about, contact — built around how someone actually decides to trust a therapist online.

3. I write and design together. Copy and design aren't separate steps for me. I write your words and build your layout side by side, so nothing feels bolted on or generic.

4. You review, we refine. You'll see drafts along the way, not just a final reveal. Small adjustments are part of the process, not an extra request.

5. Your site goes live. I handle the technical setup so you don't have to. Most Starter Sites launch in 3–4 weeks; custom builds take 4–5 weeks from our first conversation.

6. I'm still here after. Whether you want to make small edits yourself or have me handle changes down the line, I'm around after launch — not gone the moment you've paid.

Let's Work Together

Let's talk about your practice.

I take on 4–5 clients a month, so every project gets my full attention from start to finish. If the timing's right, I'd love to hear about what you're building.
